Quality & Logistics

Fresh at the field. Fresh at the market.

Quality is decided in small steps: how produce is sorted, packed, kept and moved. These are ours.

From crate to container

  1. No. 01

    Sorting

Produce is checked by hand and anything bruised, under-ripe or over-ripe is set aside.

  2. No. 02

    Grading

What remains is graded by size, colour and finish so each crate is even.

  3. No. 03

    Packing

Packed in cartons, crates, bags or punnets, labelled to the buyer’s specification.

  4. No. 04

    Cold storage

Held at the temperature each product needs, from packing until loading.

Shipping

  • By sea

Refrigerated containers from the Port of Tripoli for larger and longer-haul orders.
